30-Day Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@oggi.us.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll send you simple return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided guidance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s complete.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color or item? Let us know and we’ll help arrange an exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
